The flat is really nice and it feels like staying in the apartment of a relative. It is well located (20 min to the airport, 20 min to the city centre, 20 min to the University of science) and the neighbourhood itself is safe and offers a good selection of restaurant and bars.

The apartment is extremely nice, spacious, functional, well decorated and easy to clean. In front there is a huge public garden and a tiny quiet shopping mall. Lidl is 5min walking and some restaurants with good fish are 2 blocks away. There are some transports nearby and the metro is 20min walking distance.
